Nicely done. My only concern is that in the back of the helmet you lose part of the logo. Not sure how to correct it. Maybe make the part that disappears into the background of pink, maybe a black or a white, but then they might not be cool with you changing the colors of the logo. Also the side view doesn't reflect the colors in the other three images. If you reflect those colors, you may have to change the colors of the "Honda" logo and such to maybe a white color.

Good concepts. I'd definitely want to see some more graphics on them though. Try looking at the latest motorcycle/racing helmets and see just how busy they are. Remember lots of movement. Like the wind. Haha!
It seems like a lot of black. Maybe if you divide the solid black across the top with a few white and pink lines it would not look so dark. I think the race for the cure should look more up beat.
Obviously a work in progress, as is mine. I am loving the black down the middle with the pink sides. I think it makes for a nice contrast that looks good from several angles. Can't wait to see where you go with it.

I don't like how the mandatory logo is placed over two very contrasting colors. Maybe try to lighten the background, or add a glow behind it.
